1.     Ravi is a scientist who doesn’t go outside often. He lives his day to day life going to work, going to the lab, and then going home where he cooks dinner and watches Netflix. Currently his need for the bandage is low in his opinion because he almost never needs one. The worst injury he has gotten in a while is a paper cut. He can see the need for others, but for himself he wouldn’t purchase. He is not within the market because he does not currently buy bandages or need them.

2.     Lorraine is an old woman sitting at a bus stop. She spends her days going to appointments or being inside. She says that her skin is very thin and often tears. The bandages would be very helpful for her skin, although if the glue is too heavy duty – that also has the potential to tear the skin. She usually goes for gauze that wraps around her arm and then she ties it down.

3.     Sarah lives her daily life going to school, going to the gym, and going out with her friends. Generally, she doesn’t experience any cuts or scrapes – usually only bruises. She doesn’t feel the need for the product, but she has a friend who recently got a scooter burn. The burn is really bad and having a hard time scabbing over. Her friend is afraid it will leave a scar. This bandage would be really useful for her as it is very out of the way and time consuming to go to the hospital and get something more heavy-duty.

4.     Trey participates in MMA boxing and splits his lip open often from practice. He doesn’t believe that a bandage works well on cuts like that. Usually he just has anti-bac ointment on it until it goes away. If there was a smaller patch or even just the scaffolding layer that he could lay on his lip until it stops bleeding, he believes that would be more beneficial to injuries of his type.

5.     Francesca doesn’t get cuts, but she gets a lot of bug bites. She usually itches them until they open which she knows is a bad habit but she can’t help it. Those then tend to scab but the itching causes her to reopen them. If there was a bandage that would prevent itching while helping it heal, that would be what is beneficial to her.
